Spin Your Web offers full exchanges or refunds to items returned to us unused, in original packaging, and with original garment tags still attached.

They should be sent back to us within 14 days from delivery date. Refunds will be processed once the item has been received by us and has passed inspection

If there is any damage to the item you will not be eligible for a refund or an exchange.

Exchanges must be made with same item, you cannot exchange for a different product.

Exchanges can be made for the same product in any size.
